Founded in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1928, the brand initially concentrated on finishing watches for the British and Commonwealth markets. By 1946, it had expanded into the USA and South America, building a reputation for chronographs and precision. By 1961, it was producing over 300,000 watches a year and was one of Switzerland's top 50 exporters, with distribution in 30 countries.
Known for its high quality standards and advanced production techniques, the brand collaborated with names such as Breitling and Rado, resulting in co-branded models. Its watches, especially those equipped with the rare Valjoux 72C movement, are prized by collectors, underlining its historical and technical importance in Swiss watchmaking.
